ReplyDeleteAlthough, this indicates, that the price of the this property is for sale for $4,564.53 on delinquent tax owed. What is the full price it will cost to actually own this house? All costs involved in the ownership of said property?
At this time, that is completely unknownable. From a tax certificate investment perspective, we are a long way from "ownership".
ReplyDeleteThe ONLY opportunity on the table right now is the opportunity to earn interest during the initial 3-year redemption period which would expire 5/25/2013.
